Uncovering the Hidden Glory Realm: A Call to Reformation

The Spirit of the Lord is drawing the eyes of this nation to the city of Houston. Many ministries are crying out for this city and region to experience a sweeping move of God. We are entering an opportune time to see the windows of Heaven open and the Glory of the Lord manifest with power. Heaven and earth are aligning and God is calling His army to ARISE in new strength and SHINE with Glory!
Aid is urgently needed for Haitian Quake survivors and Somebody Cares IS RESPONDING!
Through our chapter, Somebody Cares Caribbean, we will be equipping, empowering and supporting local churches in Haiti to meet the desperate needs of quake survivors. Funding, resources and possibly specialize teams will be needed for this enormous task.
We are currently pulling together a network of churches and organizations that want to join with us in our response. If you would like to be a part of this Somebody Cares Haiti Relief network please let us know by calling Vickie Gaskins at 713-621-1498 ASAP so we can discuss our plan.
Here are a few things you can do right now:
-Consider taking up a special offering at services over the next few weeks to assist with relief efforts. Checks can be made out to Somebody Cares America/International with “Haiti Relief” as the designation.
-Visit www.somebodycares.org for updates on needs, gather requested items and prepare them for shipping.
-Link your church website to the www.somebodycares.org so your congregation can stay informed.
-Encourage your congregation and intercessors to pray for Haiti and relief workers.

Mike & Cindy Jacobs of the United States Reformation Prayer Network have asked each of the states to join them in a national prayer initiative for 2010. They are calling this initiative “ROOT 52″ because it is a 52-week prayer strategy to bring the nation back to it’s covenant roots. A torch of prayer and fasting will go “en-route” from state-to-state in the sequence that they joined the Union and came to form the United States of America. Texas’ week of prayer and fasting will be July 23-30.

Texas – here is a word that Rodney Wirth (an elder at Prince of Peace Church in Arlington) received for Prince of Peace on the eve of Rosh Hashanah (September 18). I believe it is a word for all of Texas.
You are not a people of beauty contestants but those who battle and contest in the spirit, a band of brothers and a sisterhood of warriors and leaders as in David’s mighty men and a group of Deborahs who persist in battle until the next call on the wall for battle. You are at the gates of the almighty God as living stones, a bulwark, a force to be reckoned with and feared by the enemy, hidden in Christ.
